Poetry.

I don’t apprechiate my style being copied. I may not be so serious with my poetry, if I was I would write better. But stil it’s not at all fun when someone does that.

But I know that, no matter how much they try they just cannot copy my style 100%.
Which means, yours will always be a copy.

I just don’t find it fun. That’s my heart, my soul, my words, ME. Poetry is personal and shouldn’t be copied. It should be respected. Besides..
It is very obvious when a poem is written half  own words and
half someone elses.
You are not a TRUE poet if you need to copy. Your a FAKE one,
a wannabe.
It is STEALING. You thief.
True and beautiful poetry comes from within.

Besides, even though I don’t believe my poetry is all that, I stil copyright everything I write, because it is ME.

I felt the same way, for a moment, when someone else on wordpress posted a 299-word short novel and appropriated my tag. It’s not that I think it’s truly mine, nor that it’s so unique it can’t be adopted by another, it’s just that my particular psychosis seems personal to me, part of my identity. It’s not identity theft, not even a little bit, but I reacted as if it were. (I usually don’t talk about myself in comments.)

    Yeah, exactly. Well put.

    Thank you for your words.

Difficult to say what had been copied, and what is pure original thought

    I second Yanto.

Nothing is really original nowadays. Everything’s more of an innovation now.

We have to face the facts that plagiarism is hard to fight.

And you could take it as a compliment instead: Copycats actually thought that your stuff are worth plagiarizing.

Welcome

Hi and welcome. This is my journal where I can find a peace of mind. Perhaps teach myself something. I escape here to unwind, cry or complain, or share my joy. Hope you enjoy your stay.

A 27 year old womans attempt to understand herself and the rest of the world. Difficult to explain myself with only a few words, you decide from the words in my journal. I suppose I am trying to find my strength through this so I think I am a bit confused, I'm quite emotional and very loving though I at times may seem very cold.
